My phone is always on silent. I will not be available before you time of booking i may be booked. Or i may be driving sorry. I have had a few people ringing me over several times and send a number of text over 20 minutes before their time of booking by the time i am available ready for the time they are booked in for they have send a snotty text and left. Please only arrive at the time you are booked in for to prevent you getting frustrated because i am occupied.
